Operations Manager
Job Description
The operations manager for FintruX Network will be responsible for the effective and successful management of the company’s product planning, productivity, and general operations. The mandate is to ensure smooth and efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of all participants on our ecosystem. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and skilled individual with excellent time management skills and proven track record in setting and meeting goals in the financing industry. This position demands an in-depth understanding of lending, financing technologies, and considerable managerial experience.
Your Tasks
Contributing operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Forecasting business requirements to prepare an annual budget and schedule expenditures.
Analyzing process workflow, employee and space requirements and develop and implement plans accordingly.
Serving as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to product/platform.
Tracking vendor pricing, rebates and service levels.
Developing and implementing the strategy for pricing, messaging, promotion and selling of our products and services.
Owning the overall product vision developing plans for how fellow team members will collectively contribute to daily and annual goals and long-term company vision.
Actively conducting research and acquiring ecosystem partners to grow our platform.
Leading all of product management and product design.
Responsibilities
Keep the company up-to-date with market trends and competition.
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to meet business requirements
Manage relationships with key operations partners.
Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings.
Communicate with legal department to ensure that all processes remain compliant with government regulations.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
Make data-driven decisions to hit company goals.
Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action.
Become the key evangelist of FintruX Network and participate in press activities, conferences, discussions with thought leaders and market analysts.

Skills / Qualifications
BSc/BA in Business Administration, financial Management or relevant field
5 years proven work experience in operational, managerial or related roles.
Prior experience in building, designing, and managing products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including development, design, and senior business leadership.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
In-depth knowledge of the fintech and financing industry and its current events.
Superb time management and decision-making skills.
Excellent conflict management and leadership skills.
