Inside Sales Executive - SSaaS
Job Description:
We're on the lookout for a driven B2B Inside Sales Expert with a focus on results to actively develop a top-tier distribution network. This role is aimed at assisting the treasuries of medium large firms globally in diversifying their portfolios with safer investment options during uncertain times. This position offers a 50/50 revenue split with years of recurring commissions from loyal customers, promising a potential 5-digit monthly income. Our non-custodial architecture ensures that our clients retain utmost control and security over their assets, independent of our operational status or even in the event of a global turmoil.
Responsibilities:
• Solo-Staking-as-a-Service (SSaaS) Product Sales

Generate sales leads proactively; Sell FintruX’s SaaS products to medium and large enterprises, focusing on building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Actively pursue and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed agreed upon sales targets.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the value propositions of FintruX's SaaS offerings.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.

Manage the sales pipeline, track sales activities, and provide regular updates to management via CRM system such as HubSpot.

Through social media, blog, SEO, branding, etc., attract self-serving customers to FintruX’s SaaS portals.
• Client Relationship Management and support:

You are FintruX’s brand ambassador and shall protrude a positive image of the company.

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business, recurring revenue, and referrals.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the specification collection and form generation process.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Sales Strategy & Market Analysis:

Contribute to the development and execution of the sales strategy, aligning efforts with overall company objectives.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market demands.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales management team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, communication, psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level sales and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proven track record of success in B2B inside sales, preferably in the blockchain, fintech or investment communities.
• Experience in educating high level executives is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for blockchain technology and for understanding its potential applications.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects remotely.
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.
• Willingness to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
