We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented B2B Inside Sales Professional to personally build high quality distribution in an innovative ERP ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our customer base by identifying and acquiring new clients, primarily global mid-size service organizations.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential prospects, focusing on global mid-size service-oriented firms across geographies.
• Engage proactively with leads and prospects through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels such as Discord, to generate interest and build relationships.
• Understand prospects' business challenges, pain points, and objectives to position our ERP software solutions as powerful tools to address their needs effectively.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of our ERP software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies, campaigns, and tactics.
• Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales process, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand prospects' requirements and tailor solutions that align with their specific business goals.
• Stay informed about ERP industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales management team.
• Cross sell with other sales team at a convenient location in Singapore.
• Proven track record of success in B2B inside sales, preferably in the software industry.
• Experience selling ERP software solutions or similar complex enterprise software is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects remotely.
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
We prefer the candidate to be based in Singapore.

Compensation is a modest base salary combined with a commission structure that becomes more and more lucrative as you grow your accounts which produce repetitive income. Your income is commensurate with your results.
