The Marketing Manager for FintruX Network will be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of strategic marketing plans for global operations. Moreover, the role will be responsible for effective and successful management of the organization’s growing online community and users. This position demands an in-depth understanding of small to medium sized business behaviours and our product. It also requires excellent communication and customer service skills to be able to build and sustain positive relationships on various channels. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and amicable individual who is also hands-on and creative, focused on meeting the needs of a growing and dynamic marketing team by driving efficiencies and improvements. This position requires proficiency in marketing strategy, content creation, social media, digital media, and public relations, to set clear marketing goals in a fast-paced environment.
Developing, implementing, and improving marketing communications strategies and campaigns with trackable KPIs in line with company objectives and marketing budget.
Developing internal marketing structures and SOPs for efficient marketing operations.
Developing strategies and executing digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and lead generation across all relevant digital and social channels through web, mobile, SEO, pay-per-click, email marketing etc.
Developing the company website as a tool for growth through design of site pages, content creation and copywriting.
Developing relationships with current and potential partner channels for co-marketing efforts.
Developing, implementing and managing public relations strategies to create a strong, favourable image of the company.
Publishing and creating contents for all marketing materials such as social media posts, newsletters, blogs, emails, whitepapers, presentations, infographics, videos, etc.
Maintaining consistent and positive online presence on various channels. These channels would include Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube etc.
Actively seeking and evaluating opportunities for advertisements, publications, awards, sponsorships, exhibitions, and speaking opportunities.
Building presentations, memos, budget proposals and monthly projections for closing new deals and manage monthly sales funnel.
Managing digital marketing budget, closely tracking ROI and directly contributing to revenue growth targets, accurately attributing results to marketing efforts.
Monitoring and reporting performance across digital channels and providing recommendations for improvement.
Coordinating all marketing efforts with creative teams and with cross-functional stakeholders for new markets or expansion of scope for existing markets.
Setting quarterly goals and performance expectations with teams through regular feedback and weekly team meetings.
Monitor and generate weekly reports on performance of marketing strategies, company channel engagements, campaigns, and community sentiment to improve user engagement.
Handle client questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner escalating as appropriate.
Develop efficient tactics to track and lower costs-per-acquisition and improve lead generation.
Research latest marketing trends to stay up to date on the latest tools and effective strategies.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to optimize content.
Utilize various design and creation tools to generate appropriate graphic and video content for publication.
Identify opportunities for public engagement and to organize promotional events such as press conferences, speaking opportunities, AMA sessions, and supervise external publications and productions about our organization.

Skills / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or relevant field.
6-9 years of working experience in a marketing, advertising and communications capacity.
General knowledge of the financing and fintech industry.
Equivalent or proven experience in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment (e.g. startup, talent management, consulting, or other high-growth technology environment).
Hands on experience in any combination of the following: content marketing, SEO, SEM, earned/owned/paid media, product marketing, partnership marketing, conversion optimization, digital marketing campaigns (e.g. Google Ads), website analytics tool (e.g. Google Analytics).
Prior experience in growth marketing, partnership marketing or PR.
Prior experience in designing and implementing marketing strategies in various markets is advantageous.
Ability to interpret complex information and present it to a variety of stakeholders in the most appropriate and user-friendly format.
Strong leadership skills and experience working in small to medium sized teams.
